1 day to go for FIFA WC 2014

Hey guys,
This is the first time I'll be posting on my blog. Since there is WC fever I'll be covering the the important matches. I'll write my views on the games I watch. After the WC I'll be talking about all the big transfers that have taken place, the new managers appointed and what will be the fans expectations from their respective teams. So I hope you guys like my blog and I'll talk to you guys later.

1 Day to go for FIFA WC 2014

Each player playing for the pride of his country. Each citizen praying for its country'0s success. Each player having the responsibility of millions fans on his shoulder. This is where even God lends his hands to the players. This is where the outfield players become goal-keepers. There is nothing better than the smile after watching our country win. This is the ultimate stage.
This is the FIFA WC 2014.

Brazil will be hosting the WC this year. The pre-WC friendlies have been played.Portugal, France and Germany have particularly made a statement on their victories over their opponents.
Unfortunately Brazil and Spain the favorites this WC have won the friendlies but not with a very happy margin. Brazil the hosts have had a joyous last season by defeating the World Champions Spain in the Confederations Cup 3-0 with star players like Neymar JR, David Luiz, and Paulinho all playing top notch football.

Spain the WC winners 2010-South Africa are still one of the favourites to reach the final.Having an all Spanish UCL Finale the players of Spain will get a different boost.

Other European giants like Germans and The Dutch also have high expectations of themselves. The Dutch squad having hardly a few players playing for the same club have excellent team chemistry. The quick feet of the the youngsters met by the experience of some the greats is really well gelled.
Germany with a rough and attacking game have had a big blow when Real Madrid thrashed the German champions Bayern Munchen out of the UCL semi-finals who have a lot of German players in their squad. In some way or the other, it will have an effect on the mentality of the players.

Other countries like France, Italy, England and Portugal also have a chance of making it big. But France very unfortunately had a big blow when star player Franck Ribery was ruled out due to injury last week.Surprise barring of Manchester City player Samir Nasri by coach Deschamps in the WC squad was a hot topic for a lot of weeks.
England with a big names in their squad marched through the qualifying round very comfortably. Critics saying that England will have big success this WC is not right according to me.Even with big stars the team chemistry is not the best in the world creates a huge problem in their success story this  WC.They may get knocked out early this WC.
The Portuguese with star Cristiano Ronaldo have a fair chance of progressing this WC.
The Azzurris though with the magician Pirlo playing his last WC is a strong squad with many oldies though. But they may get blocked when they come up against teams with attacking talent and speed.

The other South American teams like Argentina and Uruguay are really on the hit list of many clubs.
Uruguay with stars Suarez and  Cavani have been underestimated by the critics. Even though Uruguay don't have many stars their team chemistry according to me is the best we get to see.I like to call them Atletico Madrid of international football. If they pass through the Group of Death they will go a long way in the WC.
The Argentine squad is definitely expected to do a lot this WC.
A squad with the stars of Lionel Messi, Angel Di Maria and Kun Aguero should cause trouble when it comes to big games.
Also a lot of legends think that Argentina will progress this time it will always be fun to watch their games.

The WC will begin in 1 day.So get ready, be prepared, be in front of the T.V. screens, its gonna be a long ride to Rio.
But for now, the excitement has begun.
